We have a very special weapon when it comes to making sure our meat is cooked the traditional American way – our “1000 Gallon PRIMITIVE Pit” – a Classic Smoker, and Offset are mounted on our trailer. These smokers are one of the most in demand commercial smokers in its class and are used by famous chefs and BBQ World Champions.
